I've got a lump in my throat.
The kind of lump that if a glass of water would wash away,
I'd drink it by the gallons.
But no matter how much water I drink.
I still have a lump in my throat.
As much as I don't want that lump in my throat..
That lump...
Reminds me that I am human.
That my heart beats
and that it feels
and that it is alive.
I have to remember...
Every lump I've ever gotten in my throat...
Has always been a blessing.
